Ed and his team made our refi process very easy. Once I provided all the necessary documentation that was it! The Guild case manager was very good and provided many updates along the way.
Mike was very helpful answered every question I had and always got back to me very quickly I would send anyone that is trying to buy a house his way.
Overall Mike worked very hard and quickly in order for us to meet the closing date which was very quickly. He was very knowledgeable when we needed it, was also very patient and understanding during the entire process!
Mike and his team are absolutely the easiest to work with when buying a home. At no point during the process did I have any question how things were going. I recommend no one else other than Mike and his team when buying a house.
