Michael was always available for questions. He also helped push things along when communication between the parties became lacking. Closing was spot on and took less that 30 minutes!
I had to ask Michael to get involved when the buyer's lender for a townhome I had listed didn't dive deeper into the whys. Michael, as always, figured it out. The buyers and their Realtor were so impressed that they used Michael. Done and closed....
