It was a real delight talking with Ariel about mortgage financing. She really knows her stuff, and has a good sense of humor. Her expectations are realistic, and she wants you to get the best rate possible.
Worked on a loan refinancing. Though it didn't work out due to the rates not being much different from my original loan [less than 18 months old], the service and responsiveness of Ariel was AMAZING!
