The process was long and drawn out. Redundant. We started this process in February and didn't close till May.
Michael and Candace know their stuff and made the purchase on a manufactured home with down payment assistance very smooth for my first-time homebuyers. They always take great care of our clients. Thank you for yet another great closing.

Everyone is aware of the issues on the transaction the Buyer had with you. I was dissapointed that for an inhouse loan program, the process was so rocky.
