I was never left out of the loop, knowing things that was
going on with my loan. Calls was returned promptly and questions was always answered.

Closing was three weeks past contract date - even if some of the delay was unavoidable better communication would have made a difference - sellers were close to cancelling the contract and putting back on the market.
