I was frustrated in supplying documents. I had to send them certified mail because I had no access to a fax machine or scanner.
As I pointed out earlier in the survey all the people I worked with were very helpful to me. Everyone I spoke with was very patient and understanding. It was a pleasure doing business with RMS.Thank You!
