Erica's team at Guild Mortgage was great to work with. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a mortgage lender!
I would suggest Guild Mortgage for financing needs in SC.
Guild Mortgage was very helpful and very patient with the whole loan process and I really appreciated being able to do the Closing from my home town over the internet and ups.
As first time homeowners we were not sure what to expect. Every individual we came in contact with at Guild throughout the process was wonderful and eased all of our worries. They made it easy and stress free!
Erica and her team were very good and good to work with
Great to work with
Excellent service good people thank you all
Sharon Delaney was a pleasure to work with. There were some glitches and miscommunication during the underwriting stage and processing I believe that caused some last-minute stress.
My experience was excellent. The smoothest most hassle free closing ever. And Erica's team members are all knowledgeable personable and highly efficient. Thanks to all for a memorable experience.
Working with Erica was great she is very helpful. I highly recommend her.
