Ongoing informative communication throughout the process (phone calls, emails, texts). Friendly and helpful staff at the office. The agent IO worked with was very personable, communicative, patient, and supportive.
I have worked with Jake and his team before. They are always GREAT! This one was a little more "work" then ones in the past. They were easy to communicate with and I look forward to our next one!
