We manage to lock in a good mortgage rate thanks to Kim when the market isn't looking the best, so we are very grateful to Bay Equity. We will most likely work with them on our next purchases as well.

We managed to lock in a low mortgage rate thanks to Kim in a time when mortgage rates are rather high, so we are very satisfied with the work she did.
