Ellie was super responsive and helpful. She also treated us like real people and not loan experts. She explained the things we were unclear on and was super patient and kind about it.

I mean Tyler was knowledgeable and found us a few tricks here and there to help get the rates down. It's a pretty challenging market out there still, so our rates weren't amazing, but I don't think anyone could have gotten us amazing rates.
