Overall we were very pleased with Guild Mortgage. The only problem we had stemmed from the apraisor listing something incorrectly which delayed our final application to the USDA. And being around Christmas this delayed our closing 2.5 weeks....

Did not explain the process. Staff could use training in effect communication skills. The office was moving so communications between potential client and staff suffered.
