Regular communication from your office. You guys called every week.
Made the process of buying quick, easy an had great communication thru it all
Guild offered very personalized service, weekly update phone calls and were very communicative throughout the process. It was nice to have Tom come to the closing. It really shows how much they care about their customers!
The communication was excellent!! As a realtor it is important to have great communication with our client’s lender to insure proper timing of paperwork and closing. Would definitely work with Carey again!!

I had such a good experience with Tom Lauren & their team. There were no surprises at any point and they made the whole process very simple. Extremely professional and quick reaponders.
This was our first home purchase and everyone at Guild Mortgage in Longview was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.
Tom is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He and his whole tam were very efficient and helpful whenever needed.
