Never stressed. Simple easy. Loved that everything was online. Never had any problem getting answered.
Communication could've been better. The survey was ordered without my knowledge, and I already had arrangements made for it. The closing docs were almost not received in time to get clients closed on Friday.

Thank you for the feedback. I had talked to the buyer about the survey and was told to order it, I apologize again for that miscommunication. We closed the loan 2 weeks ahead of schedule. It was scheduled for Friday when I was not quite ready....
