Everyone went above and beyond working with me with my hearing impairment. I know it's a challenge when I'm unable to speak on the phone so I greatly appreciate all the extra efforts through email and text.

Tom wasn’t present for the meeting after having an appointment scheduled all week and double checking that he was going to be in office the day before. He was about 45 minutes away at the time of the meeting.
Tom was great at communicating with us throughout the process and I appreciated that he was at the closing with us.
