Paperwork was overwhelming. Too many emails. Cloe was a great help as was Mark, but the whole process was very demanding.
Amanda always took the time to make sure I understood everything in the documents she sent me. She also always answered calls from me about questions I had at whatever hour of the day which was really helpful with my work schedule.
