I have dealt with Tim through 3 different lending companies over the past 13 plus years and currently RMS. Probably have done 10-12 mortgages and of refis with him. He is the best !

I had evan johnston omg i was an absoultly a pain to work with blowing his phone up almost everyday several times a day and he had soooo much patients with me and him and the realitor i had worked well had me close on a house of our dreams...
