You had buyers as husband and wife instead of father and daughter. Also, the wife was not informed she had to sign off on a few things and she was out of the country. It was able to close but unneeded stress that should have been avoided.
The level of professional, the amount of material support shared, the regular communication and the willingness to help clients during a stressful transaction was unmatched.

It is by nature a very invasive process and frankly very frustrating due to the underwriting process. The team was very helpful assisting us to gather the insane amount of information. Shout out to Darla!
