    Having the same level of communication throughout the process. I felt like things were communicated very well at the beginning, but I got confused about deadlines and certain documents I needed to sign toward the end of the process.

    I appreciate the prompt responses of both Adam and Ryan. I also like that they personally speak with new buyers I send to them instead of just throwing them into the hole of filling out the daunting application for home buying.
