Amy always texted me back right away or answered her phone when I called regardless of what time it was. She and the mobile app/text message alerts made the process very easy which was much appreciated since this was my first home buying experience....

Julie helped with everything. The process was simple, smooth, and fast! Would highly recommend. She was there every step of the way and if she was not available (which was only once) she had someone there to assist us.
