I appreciated how easy Sean made everything, especially with being able to digitally sign most of my documents to help speed the process along and read them at my own pace.
Loan Officer did not explain everything and I didn't realize I needed to keep money in my checking account for closing rather than keep cash out until the very end so he had to raise my interest rate which I was thrilled about.

The loan officer got me within the terms I was looking to be in and didnt make the process overly complicated
Mutliple ways to communicate with my agent, prompt answers, only 1 physical trip to bank required, and use of docusign! This all made the process much easier than I expected especialy with work schedules! Thanks!
