Paper work took a long time
Lack of communication, wrong documents added into our file to pass through underwriting, on the day of closing our file was not ready and we had to wait 4 hours until the file was ready.
I love the personal attention we got from Kim on our entire process with our home loan. Don’t think it could have been better!!
