Being a first time home owner, i was nervous about the whole process. First time I talked to Nairim she made me feel at ease, made the whole loan process quick and easy, very helpful.
If items needed could be requested at once and not so much back and forth with things needed. It takes too long for the final approval process which I know a lot lies with underwriting and the requests.
