You guys went above and beyond to be very transparent and able to be flexible and make changes on the fly.
Kelly was clear in communication and clearly very knowledgeable about the loan product we were working with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything closed on time.
I always refer my clients to Jess. The number one reason why is because of her level of communication. She always answers the phone and calls right back. My deals always close on time with her.
