Pam and Magen made my process extremely smooth. They answered any questions I had and was transparent about everything.
Pam was sharp, explained well the details of the loans to us and answered our questions. If she misses our calls, she will call us back. Near our closing, builder representatives were slow communicating closing date to us. That was very frustrating....
