Lane was always quick to respond to our calls and emails. She patiently answered our questions and made sure that we were happy with our loan. We really felt that she we as looking out for us.

The team was friendly and prompt to answering any questions or concerns I had. I was given so much knowledge of the process that it made becoming a homeowner stress free!

Great Experience

We felt we dealt more with an assistant than the actual company contact and that assistant did not communicate consistently with our questions and requests.

Lane, made the process easy. She told me exactly what I needed to do step by step. She kept the lines of communication open and thanks to her I was able to close on the house that I wanted.

Not at this time as it won’t change anything. I would recommend effective communication in a timely manner and remember to follow up on all clients. I have shared this information with the Conpajy and I hope that you all work to improve this...
