It was smooth. Didn't require jumping through hoops. The portal was easy to use.

Overall, the process was seamless. Someone was always there to answer our questions even if it was after hours. It was our first time buying a house so we had a lot of questions. We would definitely recommend Pam to all our family members.

My experience would have been better had my Loan Consultant not waited until a week before closing to lock in my interest rate. Had she been more proactive, I wouldn't have escalated my case to seek resolution.
