I enjoyed working with everyone Mrs Munoz was also fantastic but I'm old school I'm used to doing everything on the phone I had to get my email game up.Mrs Allison made sure all the I,s were dotted and the T,s were crossed.
I had a great deal of difficulty with the staff on the refinance - unresponsive, confusion about dates and an issue with several of the documents at the closing. When I involved Nichole, I was able to get a response to come of my questions....
