It was great working with Jim. He made the whole buying process so easy and explained things in easy to understand language and was clear on what it would take to make the process happen in a timely manner.
Him and his wife are total pros they did what Wells Fargo could not and took only 6 weeks from start to finish! Can you say amazing I can ! I’ll never go anywhere else but Jim Camara!
Jim was very helpful through this process and accessible by phone and email. I highly recommend him and his wife to help you through the home buying process.
I would not recommend this loan agency. They are the preferred lender for the subdivision, but had I known that they would be as difficult to work with, I would have gone with someone else even if I didn't get the credit.
