Better communication that there were missing documents and not finding this out 14 hours before a scheduled closing that got delayed 2 more days
Felt disorganized with some mistakes along the way. Our loan processor didn’t do a great job and didn’t seem to know what she needed from us or other people and never seemed to know everything she needed. My husband has done this 2 other times...
