They welcome all questions, even ones you feel are silly, and they treat you like an individual and not another number. We refinanced with them and they made it easy.
Great team, was having troubles with a lender dragging it out for months, switched over to Guild who told me they would get it done in 3 weeks and that's exactly what they did. Highly recommended!
