Great communication from the start of the transaction. We were able to meet our original closing date agreed upon with some creativity and smart thinking! Joe was personable and fun to work with!
The communication this buyer's lender had to keep the listing agent updated was very timely & appreciated being the sellers were in a domino transaction to buy!
