When he was with his former loan company he did a bunch of illegal stuff then tried to deny it, causing us to almost loose our home. If you go with him, make sure you get everything in writing!

Please detail for us specifically what "illegal stuff" you are referring to. Again, like I mentioned in my response to your husband, I would be very careful here because you are bordering on slander.
