From start to finish it was 29 days. Shana was excellent, kept us posted at every step and was helpful with emails, etc. She worked with our numbers and decided how best to structure the loan to meet our needs.

Tina McCarver was an excellent mortgage lender. She was very professional, knowledgeable & helpful! I will highly recommend her to anyone having mortgage needs!
