Clean transaction and closed on time with minimal effort on my part. Did not get a lot of communication during the process but that usually means no problems and we closed on time.
The transaction was smooth and we closed on time. Did not get a lot of updates on timelines but as long as it closed on time not really an issue. Overall it was a clean experience.
