The most important thing is that you closed the loan on time. Funding was a bit too much of a last moment to make it that day, but somehow title was still able to close on Feb 29th. I'd have to wait four years for another opportunity like this...

As stressful as it is to buy a new home, you definitely get the impression that Brad is working really hard for you, which helps ease some of the stress. You feel like you have an advocate in your corner for everything going smoothly.
