Ashley Van Meter and Guild Mortgage were a delightful team to work with. Brandy and Phoebe were extremely responsive and the entire process was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them highly.

Ashley, Brandy and Phoebe were all extremely responsive and that is important in the pressure cooker timing of the homebuying process. They were genuinely excited for me and I appreciated their patience with my questions along the way.
