Craig was great. He kept us informed on every step through the process by providing weekly updates. Any questions we had he answered quickly. The entire process felt smooth and I have no complaints.

Craig was amazing with communicating and answered any questions I had . He responded even when he was not at the office. Craig explained things in ways that I would understand them rather than assuming I knew the terminology he was using.
