Little better communication
Some members of the team are lacking communication and if they were to improve that, I believe it would help tremendously for home buyers and to keep the process on track.
I really think that my displeasure of the whole experience was because of the underwriter and not because of Rachel or her team. Rachel is amazing and did an exceptional job.
I appreciate all you and the Grandy Team hard work. You Ladies are AWESOME!!!
