Very smooth process
For all of the hassle we went through between my 3 separate contracts, y’all were on top of it and accommodating the entire way through! Thank you so much!
Things were very scattered. There wasn't much organization between the multitude of people involved. The service was fine when things progressed.
All information was communicated clearly and in a timely manner. The team worked hard and came up with solutions to every problem that arised.
There needed to be a selection between ok and excellent
Communication was awesome. everything was timlely
Teechee was there every step of the way even down to answering my phone calls & texts after hours. If she didn't respond to a late night phone call, she would always call me first thing the next morning.
