There were some ups and downs, but most of that was probably due to communication overseas. When it came to the final steps, this office got things done in a timely manner. The office staff were excellent in communicating.

We had some communication problems and differences of opinion which slowed things down but once we all got on the same page things moved along swiftly, especially near the end when the timeline really matters.
