Overall good first experience, only real negative was it felt like we had to give the same information over and over a few times.
I was comfortable talking to Mark about my loan options, he was easy to get a hold of, and answered my questions promptly. The loan application process was easy, and I was glad to be able to do most of it from my kitchen table.
