The loan officer was great. Tried to maximize the seller credits for my benefit as much as possible and took the time to answer all questions in depth and in a timely manor

Our team was very informative, and helped us every step of the way to our closing!

Randy was very throughout explaining everything during a very confusing process. He was patient and always treated us like we were his only clients. If we buy again I'll be using Guild and Randy Morgan again.

No real reason everything went ok

Patrick took care of everything from the get go. Simple, quick and smooth process with him. Super nice guy and explains any and all questions you may have. Would definitely recommend him and Guild! Super happy with our process with Patrick.
