Karen, thanks for that positive feedback; I try to respond as quickly as I am able.
Once Doug and I connected by phone, he provided great support and guidance through the home buying process. I appreciated that he personally knew some of the other professionals involved in the transaction.

There were hiccups along the way in particular with verifications of funds. The system caliber typically uses was not working correctly.
