Because it was a new build with Berks Home, I was not as involved in the process as I norrmally would have been, so it is hard for me to give an in depth review.

I understand. The new home build with a builder does have more parties involved and takes longer than the resale. Thanks for the feedback so we can provide more communication throughout the build process in the future.
