Teresa worked closely with me and always made herself available throughout the loan process. if I needed information or something last minute to get done she delivered.
I went to her office to see about a loan and showed all of my income to her then she took a month off and I called her but she was very ugly to me. I decided not to contact her again.

The lender did an amazing job thanks to her hardwork and guidance, we were able to close successfully.

There was no real communication. Anytime we needed to find out about the timeline and where we were at. We had to reach out to her and we wouldn't hear back for sometimes a few days. No good systems in place for updating everyone on milestones...
