Guild Mortgage and Dustin Ladner were wonderful to work with. Our home buying took several months, but a Dustin never waivered. Everything was done through the computer, much different than 20 years ago when I bought another home.

Everything was done online. Dustin was personable and friendly. If he didn't know the answer (which was rare) he would find it and get back with us in a timely manner.
