Mike's communication was good, however Guild's closing department canceled our signing after we arrived at the title company. The closing department canceled the closing- not Mike. This was very stressful for all parties who had moving arrangements...

I wouldn't have chose Guild Mortgage if it wasn't for Tony Lamonaca. He does an exceptional job as always and has great communication .

As a first time homeowner, I really had no idea was I was getting myself into. I came into contact with Mike and he was very helpful. He told me what I needed to do, I did it and we closed within 3 weeks, even with a delay beyond our control....
