The only problem was that the company did not send the disclosure when it was supposed to. Could have jeapordized the transaction had there been extenuating circumstances. It was an inconvenience, but adjusted to the situation.
You missed not one but 2 closing dates I was told in email I would be notified as soon as we had clear to close. Never was.
Mike always does a great job

It was brought to the closing table but communication was lacking at times. There were times that texts and phone calls were not reply, even beyond 24 hrs.
The Guild Mortagage Team was great to work with overall. They were quick to answer my questions, were always readily available to take my calls and respond to my emails, and they were great about walking me through the process.
