Luke made sure that we were informed about what was happening, and he kept us up on our paperwork. When we met him at the closing, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure that our time at the closing went smoothly.
Torrie is very communicative and was supportive throughout the whole process.

They answered my questions and walked me through everything. They are patient and amicable.
The process was easy to navigate with an easy to use document portal and quick response when I had questions.
Torrie helped us through many questions, and was available to help us amend documents when we made an error on our end preparing for closing. We really appreciated her patience.
