Easy to work with
It was a difficult client situation, not really the fault of Guild. I would use Amanda again for a St Louis client, but I like to use our local Guild office, Sherry Burnett, for local transactions.
If we had anyone, other than Amanda, I do not think this process would have gone as smooth.

Great and prompt communication at all times!
I did not deal alot with Amanda, but when it came to needing her help, she was there and got the job accomplished. The reason I did not deal much with her is because I am the selling agent not the buyers agent.
